He prepares filo pastry parcels filled with goats cheese and peppers and roast chicken breast with Laos style stuffing. Mary Steven meets Liz Ashworth, writer of a children's cookery book, and some budding young chefs. Meanwhile Claire Macdonald continues her al fresco cooking series with a warm chicken liver salad.
